Designed for short shots (Ristretto or Espresso) where maximum flavor concentration is desired.

Optimized for Nespresso® Original brewers. Recommended extraction sizes:

Ristretto (25ml): For a dense, concentrated shot.
Espresso (40ml): The standard, balanced shot.
Lungo (110ml): Not recommended as it can over-extract bitterness.

The intensity of Bordo makes it the ideal counterpoint to dairy and sweet flavors:

Latte/Cappuccino: The strong roast cuts perfectly through milk foam.
